  • We collect only your phone number or email, and whether you want to buy or sell.
  • We use it only to tell you when RiyaZone.lk opens and, if you want to sell, when you can post your own ads.
  • We do not sell it or give it to advertisers.
  • You can ask us to delete it at any time.

This notice covers only the sign-up on our coming soon page. We will publish a full privacy policy when RiyaZone.lk opens.

1. Who we are

RiyaZone.lk is run by Simplyxity (Pvt) Ltd, PV 00372502, Kalutara, Sri Lanka. We decide how your information is used (we are the data controller).

2. What we collect

Phone number or email address
WhyTo tell you we have opened. Without it we cannot tell you.
Required
Buy, sell or both
WhyTo count buyers and sellers so we can prepare for launch.

The language you chose
WhyTo write to you in that language.

The date and time you agreed
WhyTo show that you gave consent.

3. Why we use it

We use your information only because you agreed to it (your consent), and only to:

  • tell you when RiyaZone.lk opens and, if you want to sell, when you can post your own ads
  • count how many people want to buy or sell
  • stop spam and fake sign-ups

We will not send you other marketing unless you agree to it separately. We do not make automated decisions or profiles from this information.

4. Who can see it

Only RiyaZone team members who need it. These service providers help us and use it only for that job:

  • SimplyForms (Simplyxity Ltd, United Kingdom): the sign-up form, spam protection and storing the information
  • an SMS service provider: sends SMS
  • an email service provider: sends email

We do not sell your information or give it to advertisers.

5. Where it is stored

The information you give in this sign-up form is stored by SimplyForms on servers in Ireland, in the European Union. Because it is stored and handled outside Sri Lanka, we use safeguards required by Sri Lankan data protection law, such as contracts with our providers. When RiyaZone.lk opens, the full privacy policy will say where its own information is stored.

6. How long we keep it

After we tell you we have opened, we keep it for 6 months in case you have questions, then delete it. If you ask, we delete it sooner.

If you create a RiyaZone.lk account, the full privacy policy applies to that account.

7. Your rights

At any time you can:

  • withdraw consent and stop messages: reply STOP to our SMS, use the unsubscribe link in our email, or email us
  • see the information we hold about you
  • correct information that is wrong
  • ask us to delete your information
  • object to how we use it

Write to [email protected]. We reply within one month. If a complex request needs longer, we will tell you before the month ends (three months at most).

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka (dpa.gov.lk).

8. Keeping it safe

The form sends your information over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only people who need it can open it.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. If we want to use your information in a new way, we will ask you first.
